As a member of BSH Home Appliance Group we are in charge of developing and selling home appliances under our two main brands SIEMENS and BOSCH in China. In 2016 BSH Home Appliances Group achieved an annual turnover of 13 billion Euros worldwide.

作为博西家电集团的成员，我们主要负责在中国开发和销售博世和西门子两大品牌的家用电器产品。2016年，博西家电集团在全球的年营业额达到约130亿欧元。

In Chuzhou/Nanjing we are looking for warehouse space which suitable and qualified for white appliance storage and distribution.

我们希望在滁州/南京寻找适合白色家电产品存储与收发货的仓库资源。

Requirements as below 要求如下：

- Total space demand: 10,000 – 50,000sqm

仓库总需求面积：1-5万平方米

- Warehouse FF certification: C2 or above

仓库消防资质：丙二类或更高

- Warehouse clear height: 8m or above

仓库净高:8米以上

- Contract period: 2018/06-2019/12

合同时间：2018年6月至2019年底

- Location: Chuzhou/Nanjing city

仓库地点：滁州市/南京市

- Service range: warehouse lease and handling service (optional)

服务范围：仓库租赁与装卸服务（装卸服务可选，非必需）

The RFQ will be planned launched in Dec. 2017/Jan. 2018 on the web based TiContract tool www.ticontract.com.

本次询价将于2017 年12月或2018年1月通过www.ticontract.com平台启动。
